General Faculty

Per FHB A51: Faculty Constitution Special meetings of the University Faculty may be called (1) by the presiding officer at his or her discretion, (2) by the Committee on Governance, (3) by no fewer than five percent of the Voting Faculty on active duty at the beginning of the academic year whenever a request is made in writing, or (4) by a majority vote of any college faculty. The agenda for University Faculty meetings shall be prepared by the University Secretary under the direction of the Committee on Governance.
